Saya ingin mempersembahkan lagu ini, “It’s Not Right For You” dari The Script, untuk kalian: teman-teman dan keluarga saya. Saya pertama kali mendengar lagu ini di sebuah titik di mana saya merasa sangat jenuh—jenuh terhadap hidup yang terasa begitu-begitu saja, monoton, dan berjalan di tempat. Lagu ini datang seperti sebuah tamparan ramah yang menyadarkan saya. Liriknya menantang kita dengan pertanyaan sederhana namun menusuk: Apakah kamu bahagia? Apakah ini hidup yang kamu impikan? Maka dari itu, lagu ini saya tujukan untuk kalian semua…

…agar selalu ingat untuk berhenti sejenak dan mendengarkan kata hati.

…agar selalu ingat untuk berani mempertanyakan rutinitas. Jangan sampai kita menghabiskan hari-hari kita jauh dari hal-hal yang sebenarnya kita cintai.

Lagu ini adalah pengingat bahwa merasa tidak puas itu valid. Merasa “mati di dalam” (dead inside) karena tidak mengikuti impian adalah sinyal bahaya yang harus didengarkan.
